Tony Capuano is a third-generation member of the founding family of Donatos Pizza, bringing a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship and the family legacy. He began working in Donatos restaurants at age 14 and later gained independent franchise experience as the owner/operator of five SNAP Fitness locations. After rejoining Donatos in 2019 as Executive Director of Innovation, Tony worked closely with his grandfather and Donatos founder Jim Grote on kitchen automation before advancing through operations leadership roles. He was promoted to Vice President of Franchise Operations in early 2023. Tony holds a degree in marketing and management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and resides in Gahanna, Ohio with his wife, Hannah, and their five children.
