Bite, the intelligent kiosk ordering software for fast casual and quick-serve restaurants and C-stores, today announced the appointment of two new members to its board of directors: Tracy Kim, CEO of Dig, and Kevin Fish, SVP Digital, Wingstop.

As CEO of Dig, a mission-driven fast-casual restaurant group, Kim successfully navigated pandemic recovery and is now set for continued expansion. Previously, Kim served as CEO at Aaptiv as well as at Shutterstock. Her experience also includes consumer brand management at General Mills and management consulting at McKinsey & Company.

“As a multi-unit restaurant executive, I’m excited by the potential of kiosk technology to elevate the guest experience while driving efficiency and consistency in operations,” said Kim in a statement. “Bite is building a data-driven product that helps restaurants meet guests where they are.”

Fish serves as the senior vice president of digital for Wingstop Restaurants. He spearheads the strategy, design, development, and operation of all digital and e-commerce platforms, including Wingstop.com, the brand’s mobile applications, its marketing technology infrastructure, and relationships with delivery marketplaces.

His career spans over 25 years in IT and digital roles, including positions at Pizza Hut, FedEx Office, Ernst & Young, and Cap Gemini.

“I am thrilled and honored to join the Bite board during this exciting time of company growth,” he said in a statement. “Like the Bite team, I share a passion for elevating hospitality everywhere and leveraging technology to enhance experiences in restaurants for both customers and brands.”

“We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Tracy Kim and Kevin Fish to the Bite family,” said Brandon Barton, CEO of Bite, in a statement. “Their impressive backgrounds and unique perspectives in leading nationally recognized fast casual and quick-serve restaurants will be instrumental as we accelerate our growth and further our commitment to providing intelligent kiosk solutions for restaurants. We believe that technology, when thoughtfully designed, can elevate hospitality and deliver an outstanding guest experience. We’re confident their guidance will be invaluable in helping us scale our operations, grow our product line and offering, and reach new markets, all while ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value and a seamless experience for both brands and their guests.”
