Consider Bojangles sold on kiosks. At its recent annual franchisee conference, it announced that it is working with GRUBBRR to place Samsung Kiosks in its stores, following a pilot program in which the adoption of kiosks exceeded more than 50 percent in select Bojangles locations. Bojangles reported that it saw an increase in throughput and operational efficiencies.
“We have been highly impressed with GRUBBRR since the outset of our dealings. Their team worked closely with ours to integrate their kiosk solution into our existing tech stack, making implementing the kiosks across our locations seamless,” said Richard Del Valle, CIO and chief of staff at Bojangles, during the Bojangles’ annual conference. “The results have exceeded our expectations, and we’re excited to bring this technology to more of our locations in the coming months.”
GRUBBRR’s kiosks are designed to streamline the customer experience by reducing wait times, improving order accuracy, and driving higher average check sizes.
Bojangles has shown a willingness to embrace automation before. It started using Voice AI in drive-thrus in July. And to get its analytics it engaged with Bikky in March.
For GRUBBRR, this marks a second prominent chain in recent months that it has enlisted for its kiosks. Back in July it announced a partnership with PDQ Chicken.
