Ohio-based digital ordering solutions provider Onosys announced Jan. 13 a partnership with Qu, a commerce platform also focused on serving restaurant operators.

Onosys, which caters to fast-casual and quick-service restaurant brands, has received its official certification and reported production-ready integration with Qu. The partnership, according to a Jan. 13 press release, provides a streamlined, fully synchronized digital ordering experience to brands using Qu’s POS ecosystem.

“We’re excited to welcome Onosys as a certified integration partner,” Niko Papademetriou, Qu’s executive vice president, said in a press release. “Their enterprise ordering platform pairs seamlessly with Qu’s unified menu architecture, giving brands a consistent and reliable way to manage all digital and in-store channels from one place. The power of unified data is boundless, from use by AI to marketing to supply chain, unified data puts Qu’s customers ahead of their competition. Together, we’re reducing operational complexity and empowering restaurants to move faster, stay flexible and deliver a better guest experience.”

Following a bi-directional integration, Onosys now supports full menu sync capabilities, allowing Qu’s native menu to fuel in-store, first-party digital ordering and third-party marketplace menus. As of this week, the Onosys-Qu integration is available for brands.

“Onosys is committed to providing restaurant brands with a quality enterprise ordering experience while reducing operational friction,” Chris Anderle, Onosys president, said in a press release. “We look forward to working with Qu to provide mutual clients a seamless integration that facilitates management of the menu, pricing, and item availability, as well as out-of-stocking items.”

According to information on the tech companies’ websites, Onosys has worked with clients like Pizza Ranch, Giordano’s, Mr. Hero, Jack’s Family Restaurants and Rudy’s; QU’s list of partners in the QSR and restaurant tech spaces include DoorDash, Olo, Incentivo, Jack in the Box and Dave’s Hot Chicken.
