VP of Marketing, Blaze Pizza


Casey Terrell is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in marketing, and the food and beverage industry. He currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Blaze Pizza, where he leads brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the fast-casual pizza chain.

Prior to his role at Blaze Pizza, Terrell was the Chief Marketing Officer at SPB Hospitality, overseeing marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of 18 restaurant brands across the United States. Before that, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Krystal Restaurants, where he was recognized as a Top 50 Franchise CMO Gamechanger by Entrepreneur in 2023.

Terrell’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at Focus Brands, where he was Head of Digital Transformation, managing change across seven brands including Cinnabon, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Auntie Anne’s. He also held marketing leadership positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Le Pain Quotidien, Pinch A Penny, Outback Steakhouse/Bloomin’ Brands, and Burger King. He also serves on advisory boards for RAD AI and YouShouldTalkTo. 

Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Terrell served as a U.S. Army officer. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
